My Business is Going Through an Internal restructuring. Is a business valuation in my best interest?
Yes. Internal restructuring, no matter how simple they might appear can have effects on your tax obligations. In our experience it is always better to have an independent valuation performed then risk one performed by the Australia Tax Office.
The ATO does not work in your interest, but we do. Our valuers have your best interest at the forefront of their minds and strive to achieve a valuation report that works for you. Thanks to this we can help you protect your business from possible back tax and fines. Saving you thousands down the line.
